It’s been a very exciting week for us here at Knockdrinna!
We spent all of last week getting ready for the Speciality & Fine Food Fair – pulling together all the bits and pieces for our showcase (with a lot of help from Bord Bia – thanks guys!), and organising shipping for enough wheels of cheese to see us through the long weekend in London. All of the hard work paid off though, and we had great fun meeting new contacts and getting to see people sample and enjoy our cheeses – which is always extremely satisfying as a producer.The lovely Donal Skehan visited us in Stoneyford today to shoot for the upcoming winter edition of his magazine, FEAST. FEAST is a unique quarterly food magazine which celebrates seasonal eating. All the features within the magazine lead to one final meal and a celebration of passionate food producers and craft.
